As an Account Manager in Málaga (on-site), youll be part of a team shaping the future of the hospitality industry, helping businesses enhance their operations and customer experience with tailored tech solutions.

The Offer:

  • Use CRM tools to contact, qualify, and manage accounts, driving new business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, focusing on calls, accounts contacted, revenue generated, and follow-up success.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with all communication, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Follow up on existing accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring regular communication.

Requirements:

  • Are bilingual in Danish and fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Possess excellent organizational abilities and a proactive, positive work attitude.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bring sales experience, ideally within the hospitality sector (experience is beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Have familiarity with CRM systems (a plus, but not essential).

  • Competitive salary: 19,000 gross/year + up to 3,600 in bonuses.
  • Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00).
