Job summary

Schreiber Foods España, S.L. is seeking a Dairy Processing Operator to support dairy processing by operating bulk milk coolers and related equipment. You will ensure safe, hygienic handling of raw milk, monitor process parameters, and perform CIP and sanitation to uphold HACCP and GMP standards.

You will record results, maintain logs, and participate in continuous improvement while working under supervision in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Operate dairy processing and bulk milk handling equipment after training.
• Understand HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation principles.
• Read gauges, meters, and control panels; follow process docs.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Work in wet, cold, or temperature-controlled environments.
• Communicate effectively and work in a team.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bulk milk coolers and related dairy processing equipment according to SOPs and schedules.
• Monitor parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, agitation) and adjust within limits.
• Perform pre-operational checks, startups, shutdowns, and changeovers using checklists.
• Receive, weigh, sample, and record fresh milk; report quality concerns.
• Execute CIP and sanitation per HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Complete production logs, batch records, and temperature charts accurately.
• Identify malfunctions or hazards; report and troubleshoot within guidelines.
• Support preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor part changes.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area with proper PPE; adhere to safety.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement activities.
