Description

Your Role

We are looking for a self-starting Data Analyst who is looking for the chance to take full control of our data and analytics in our brand Natures Menu for the D2C team and support us in our next stage of growth. You’ll ideally have a background in D2C, ecommerce or subscription and have experience with experimentation, or be looking for the opportunity to develop experience in this area.

You’ll be working with some great tools, BigQuery, Dataform (modelling), Stitch (Ingestion), Google Analytics and Looker (reporting) in a team that moves fast and adapts quickly as we learn what works and what doesn’t.

You’ll also occasionally support our Data Scientist with Python-based tasks such as running scripts, debugging models, or automating analyses.

What you will do

• Identifying key trends and opportunities: Proactively analyze data to uncover insights that can drive strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Supporting data science workflows: Assist with running, debugging, and maintaining Python-based analytical models and scripts to ensure they perform as expected.
• Data-driven experimentation: Support the running of experiments in our team by advising on metrics, Minimum Detectable Effects and runtimes and Post Test Analysis.
• Creating and maintaining impactful dashboards and reports: Using Looker, you will build visualizations that provide actionable insights to the D2C team and wider business.
• Owning and managing the D2C data infrastructure: This includes ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility within BigQuery, Dataform, Stitch, and Looker and A / B testing platform.
• Developing and implementing data models: You\'ll use Dataform to create robust and scalable data models that support reporting and analysis needs.

What we are looking for

• Proven ability to deliver impact through analytics and data.
• A background in growth analytics or product analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Expert in SQL.
• Comfortable using Python for data analysis and light model support (e.g., running scripts, investigating errors, or working with Pandas / Numpy).
• Knowledge of Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or similar statistical modeling approaches is highly valued, though not a requirement.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is a plus.
• Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Dataform) and BI platforms (e.g., Looker).
• Availability to travel to our London (UK) office once every 6 or 8 weeks.
