  • Delivering exceptional customer support to our Czech-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

  • Partnering with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of client challenges.
  • Keeping up to date with our products and services to provide informed support.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Czech (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous.
