WW Talents is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to own the full sales cycle for the Czech market. The role involves outbound prospecting, managing 80–100 calls daily, and closing subscriptions in a fast-paced, international environment.

The position starts onsite for the first 5 months, then becomes hybrid with occasional office days. You must reside in Spain and be available for US time zones, with strong KPI focus and a path for progression.

Formación

• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain (no relocation support provided).
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sales cycle: initial contact, client meetings, free trial management, and subscription close.
• Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Utilize system-assigned leads effectively.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.
