Werfen is seeking a Product Manager Biotechnology (Cytogenetics) in Murcia to leverage scientific and practical cytogenetics expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to position solutions, expand market share, shape strategy, and navigate regulatory landscapes to drive product success.

The role involves installing instruments, supporting tenders, coordinating with sales, and delivering technical and marketing materials.

Formación

• University degree in biology, chemistry, or biotechnology is preferred.
• Practical experience with cytogenetics instruments is mandatory.
• Experience with Metasystems solutions is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Install Metasystems instruments and train users.
• Prepare the technical part of tenders with Sales and tenders dept.
• Collaborate with sales to install systems and troubleshoot.
• Maintain contact with customers, sharing forecasts and product info.
• Prepare marketing materials and product documentation.
• Present at workshops, congresses and scientific sessions.
• Train the sales network and cover Product Specialist duties when needed.
• Uphold Werfen Code of Ethics in all activities.
