Werfen is seeking a Product Manager Biotechnology (Cytogenetics) to leverage scientific and market insight to drive cytogenetics solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to position products, grow market share, and navigate regulatory landscapes.

You will install systems, train users, prepare tenders, develop marketing materials, and support the commercial network while maintaining strong KOL and distributor relationships.

Formación

• A University Degree in Biology / Chemistry / Biotechnology is desirable.
• Focus on Molecular Biology and Cytogenetics.
• Experience with molecular biology and cytogenetics instruments; preferably Metasystems.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Install Metasystems’ instruments and perform user training.
• Prepare tenders and write the technical part in collaboration with Sales/Application or tenders team.
• Work with sales to update systems, install, and troubleshoot.
• Maintain contact with represented companies, provide forecasts and product information; hold regular meetings and attend trainings.
• Prepare marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, presentations).
• Participate in workshops, congresses, scientific sessions, and events.
• Train commercial network members (Area Managers, Key Account Managers, and Sales Application Specialists).
• Comply with Werfen Code of Ethics.
