Job summary

Integrity360 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex cybersecurity projects from planning to delivery. Reporting to the global head of PMO, you will oversee cross‑functional teams across Pre‑sales, Professional Services and Service Delivery, ensuring projects meet security and privacy standards.

The role requires extensive cybersecurity knowledge, strong leadership and the ability to work with client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CISSP, CISM or ITIL.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Minimum five years IT project management experience, including at least two years leading cybersecurity projects.
• Two+ years in a Managed Services environment and experience with bids and RFPs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity transformation projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors and leadership to define requirements and timelines.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams and manage schedules.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet project goals.
• Ensure projects comply with GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001 and internal security policies.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to executives.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay updated on cybersecurity trends.
