Santander Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager (CTU) to lead our Cybersecurity team in the Auto Mobility Finance division. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid model and oversees security operations across 16 countries, driving incident response, threat intel, and secure development practices.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in cybersecurity, strong leadership, and certifications, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams and coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Experience managing security operations in large, distributed environments, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience overseeing cybersecurity projects, service improvements, and priorities in coordination with internal teams and external providers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage incidents, escalations, and remediation activities from identification to resolution.
• Education degree in a STEM-related discipline.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee technical cybersecurity tasks for Auto Mobility Finance units across 16 countries.
• Lead Cybersecurity Operations Center escalations and incident management.
• Manage SIEM log ingestion, configuration, and use cases.
• Oversee cyber infrastructure security (firewalls, WAF, proxies, antimalware, certs).
• Maintain attack surface management and remediation governance.
• Coordinate cloud security posture monitoring and hardening initiatives.
