Job summary

Santander is seeking a Manager for the Cybersecurity (CTU) team based in our Boadilla del Monte office. You will oversee cyber security tasks for Auto Mobility Finance units across 14 entities in 16 countries, coordinating CI/IR activities and leading the CTU unit in SCF HQ and Global Services.

The role requires 9+ years in cybersecurity, a STEM degree, and relevant certifications, with fluent English and Spanish. A hybrid model and extensive employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading cybersecurity teams across multi-country environments.
• Strong background in security operations, incident response and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security tasks for Auto Mobility Finance units across multiple countries.
• Lead Cyber Incidents Management and SOC escalations coordination.
• Monitor SIEM logs, configure use cases and manage threat intelligence feeds.
• Support cyber infrastructure security controls and change management.
• Drive vulnerability remediation and cloud security posture monitoring.
• Ensure security hardening and compliance across technologies.
