UST España & Latam busca un Analista de DLP para un rol 100% remoto desde España. Debe monitorizar incidentes, gestionar la respuesta y apoyar la detección de Insider Threat.

Además contribuirá al cumplimiento regulatorio (GDPR/NIST), colaborará con las partes interesadas y reportará métricas de DLP para fortalecer controles.

Formación

• Experiencia en Data Loss Prevention (DLP) con monitorización de políticas, respuesta a incidentes y análisis.
• Conocimiento de prácticas de gestión de riesgos y procesos.
• Experiencia usando ServiceNow y herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excelente comunicación, organización y gestión de stakeholders.
• Capacidad para manejar información sensible con discreción y confidencialidad.

Responsabilidades

• Monitorear y gestionar incidentes de DLP, apoyando la identificación, análisis y mitigación de riesgos.
• Contribuir a la detección de Insider Threat e iniciativas de mejora continua.
• Apoyar el cumplimiento de requisitos regulatorios, legales y de seguridad.
• Colaborar con las partes interesadas para proteger información sensible y fortalecer controles de seguridad.
• Rastrear y reportar métricas de DLP e efectividad de Insider Threat.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst with at least 3 years of working experience to join one of our main clients, a leading international bank. A high level of English is required.

Location: 100% Remote only in Spain

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage DLP incidents, supporting risk identification, analysis and mitigation.


• Contribute to Insider Threat detection and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Support compliance with regulatory, legal and security requirements.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to protect sensitive information and strengthen security controls.


• Track and report metrics related to DLP and Insider Threat effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including policy monitoring, incident response and analysis.


• Strong understanding of risk management practices and processes.


• Experience using ServiceNow and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender and Netskope.


• Understanding of GDPR, PCI DSS and NIST Cyber Security Framework.


• Exposure to cybersecurity policies, governance and compliance environments.
