H2SITE, a Bilbao-based deep tech company, seeks an IT & Cybersecurity Specialist to define and lead the end-to-end strategy for IT, cybersecurity, and AI governance. You will protect digital assets and ensure compliance with GDPR, NIS2, and ISO 27001 while aligning IT infrastructure with business goals.

Your role includes interacting with clients, auditors and external vendors, managing Microsoft 365/Azure environments, and driving secure AI adoption across the organization.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience managing IT projects, cybersecurity, and systems governance.
• Hands-on experience auditing frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR) and administering Microsoft 365/Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead IT strategy and infrastructure to support operations and growth.
• Design and implement cybersecurity master plan aligned with ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR.
• Lead risk evaluations, audits, incident response, and business continuity.
• Establish AI governance guidelines for secure, ethical, compliant use of AI tools.
• Serve as technical expert for international clients and audits.
