Penta Consulting is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver engaging cybersecurity training programmes to customers and partners, specialising in Palo Alto Networks, F5, and related solutions. You will design materials, run labs, and coach learners to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include instructor-led sessions, webinars, on-site and remote delivery, assessment of learner performance, and maintaining high-quality content aligned with industry standards.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience delivering technical training within cybersecurity or networking environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end technical training programmes.

As a Technical Trainer, responsible for delivering engaging and effective cybersecurity training programmes to customers and partners. Specialising in technologies such as Palo Alto Networks, F5, and other cybersecurity solutions, helping learners develop the skills and knowledge required to meet business and operational objectives.

About the Role

Delivering instructor-led training, webinars, workshops, and one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and on-site when required. Designing and maintaining training materials, laboratory exercises, and course content to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting training approaches to meet individual and group learning needs.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
