Penta Consulting is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver engaging cybersecurity training programmes for customers and partners, with a focus on Palo Alto Networks, F5, and related solutions.

You will run instructor-led sessions, webinars, and on-site workshops; design and maintain training materials and labs; assess learner performance; and adapt content for diverse audiences to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience delivering technical training within cybersecurity or networking environments.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end technical training programmes.

Responsabilidades

About the Company

As a Technical Trainer, responsible for delivering engaging and effective cybersecurity training programmes to customers and partners. Specialising in technologies such as Palo Alto Networks, F5, and other cybersecurity solutions, helping learners develop the skills and knowledge required to meet business and operational objectives.

About the Role

Delivering instructor-led training, webinars, workshops, and one-to-one coaching sessions, both remotely and on-site when required. Designing and maintaining training materials, laboratory exercises, and course content to ensure a high-quality learning experience. Assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, and adapting training approaches to meet individual and group learning needs.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, particularly Palo Alto Networks and/or F5 solutions.


• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.


• Experience developing and delivering end-to-end technical training programmes.

Preferred Skills

• Industry certifications such as PCNSE, F5 Certified, or equivalent are highly desirable.
