Formación

• Strong customer-first mindset and clear communication style.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.
• Experience managing issues and working with ticketing systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with platform and data-related queries as first-line (L1) support.
• Onboard new users and help them use the platform and imagery effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to technical teams where needed.
