Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high-quality support experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem‑solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring follow‑up.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
  • Help maintain and update customer support documentation and FAQs in both languages.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in German C2 or native‑level and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or help desk roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in e‑commerce, SaaS, or technology‑based companies is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and support software.
  • Ability to handle technical queries or escalations appropriately.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and service‑level targets.
