Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and web form from end consumers and CATs retailers. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively. Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases. Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
Spanish C1, English C1 (both languages at an advanced level are required). Customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail. At least 1‑2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with U.S. customers.
Salary: 1700 EUR gross per month. Access to structured onboarding and ongoing skill development. Potential for a hybrid work model after six months based on performance. Relocation assistance is available.
