Customer Support Representative - Spanish & "English"

Are you a Spanish-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (Spanish/"English") to join our international team in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic multilingual environment supporting one of the world’s leading heavy equipment brands.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and web form from end consumers and CATs retailers. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively. Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases. Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.

What You Bring

Spanish C1, English C1 (both languages at an advanced level are required). Customer‑first mindset and excellent communication skills. Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail. At least 1‑2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with U.S. customers.
