Planet is seeking a Payments Operations Support professional to join our Payments Operations team in Madrid. You will deliver professional service to internal and external customers, handling queries regarding funding and charges, and ensuring service delivery, quality control and compliance meet high standards.

You should be fluent in English with French mandatory; experience in financial services/payments is advantageous.

Formación

• Proficient spoken and written English.
• French is mandatory to be considered for this role (German or Italian is plus).
• Experience in a similar customer support/administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in Financial Services/Payments operations is advantageous.
• Good analytical and numerical skills, detail oriented.
• Moderate-level Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to be flexible within a fast-growing global company.
• Must display initiative and a common-sense approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service, by responding quickly to customer queries with accurate information regarding transaction statuses, transaction reprocessing request, report generations in line with established SLA's.
• Run all aspects of customer and financial support across a number of IT platforms, internal departments and external partners merchants.
• Resolve issues/queries by interacting and communicating with other colleagues/departments.
• Adapt to a fast-moving environment in a proactive and team-focused manner.
• Any other such duties that may be required of you.
• Support Inbound & Outbound Calls
• You will work 24/7 in shift bases on business needs.

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Payments Operations Support role to join our Payment’s Support team. The primary function of the Payments Operations Support role is to support our international clients with all queries related to funding and charges. You will deliver a professional service to internal and external customers, in a timely manner, by ensuring that service delivery, quality control and all aspects of compliance are maintained to the highest levels.
