Job summary

Pillar is building the operating system for construction and is expanding internationally. We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who loves talking to people, solving problems and helping customers get unstuck.

You will join our Customer Success team to work across onboarding, engagement and portfolio management with real customers from day one. Based in Milan or Barcelona, this internship offers hands-on responsibility, direct contact with customers, and exposure to onboarding, engagement

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to call and engage customers.
• Comfort with numbers and basic dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Help new customers get started with Pillar.
• Monitor customer activity and spot issues.
• Proactively contact customers who become less active.
• Understand why customers get stuck and help them recover.
• Support customers throughout their Pillar journey.
• Collect feedback and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product.
