Formación

  • Previous experience in customer service or customer success roles required.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and guidance.
  • Lead customer onboarding to ensure successful adoption of the platform/product.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams (support, sales, product).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively mitigate potential churn risks.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports on key customer success metrics.
What You Bring
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and problem-solving attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
