What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support and guidance.
- Lead customer onboarding to ensure successful adoption of the platform/product.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams (support, sales, product).
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively mitigate potential churn risks.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on key customer success metrics.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and support tools (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- High level of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in SaaS, travel tech, or e-commerce industries.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
