Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona is seeking a customer service specialist fluent in English with native Polish proficiency. The role starts 100% on-site for six months, then shifts to a hybrid model.

You will assist customers across products, IoT apps, and technical support, ensuring high-quality service for vehicles and equipment. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a passion for service, and are ready to work in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Fluent English and native Polish required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona for initial 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions on Bosch product portfolio and IoT features.
• Handle import/export inquiries and first-level technical support.
• Address complaints and provide effective solutions.

In this role, you will utilize your language skills in French, to provide outstanding customer service and support.
