Landbot is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support customers by removing technical friction and solving complex integration challenges. You will build end-to-end solutions using JavaScript and APIs, troubleshoot issues across integrations, and create technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Support Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Experience guiding enterprise customers through complex software decisions.
• Strong hands-on, organized mindset and ability to manage multiple requests under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by removing technical friction and solving complex integration challenges.
• Build end-to-end solutions using JavaScript, APIs, and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot API issues, integrations, and product configurations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and internal tools.
