Formación

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Advertising or Marketing.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Italian or German is a plus.

  • Supervise customer needs and order control.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective incident monitoring.
  • Identify main client needs to improve experiences and products.
  • Collaborate for continuous improvement of processes and tools.

We are looking for a person with affinity to our beliefs to fill the position of Costumer Service Specialist.

Your responsibilities
  • Supervise customer needs and order control. Carrying out monitoring and management with both the client and the transport company in order to control both orders and returns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction (monitoring of incidents, resolution, etc.). Guarantee to the customer a Premium Customer Experience, managing the customer touchpoints
  • Identify the main needs of the client in order to improve both the experience and the product. Keep track of customer interactions and use data intelligently to gain insights.
  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of processes, tools and tasks.
And as the ideal candidate, you have...
  • Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English (knowledge of Italian and / or German would be a plus).
  • Experience (+1 years) in Costumer Service.
  • Medium level of Excel.
