Join Syngenta as a Customer Service Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Vegetable Seed sales by ensuring the seamless execution of processes from order placement to invoicing. Key Responsibilities
  • Process complex sales orders with precision and commercial awareness.
  • Manage invoicing, returns, and credit processes while maintaining compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular touchpoints.
  • Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data integrity.
  • Register and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely resolutions.
  • Provide critical information to internal sales team.
  • Open and follow up on tickets for any potential issues.
  • Participate in and support departmental projects.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Critical Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration with demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and working with sales, finance, or logistics teams is highly valued.
  • Project management experience is advantageous, particularly in process improvement or customer‑focused initiatives.
Critical Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of commercial operations, order‑to‑cash processes, and customer relationship management principles.
  • Knowledge of business administration, agriculture, or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
