Formación

Your backpack is filled with
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing technical support and solutions within the Solar PV / inverters space.
  • Experience providing technical consumer and installer customer service/support.
  • Understanding electrical, and industry terminology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to communicate with customers, installers, OEM installers as well as with Canadian Solar personnel via email, Teams, and mobile phone.
  • Valid driver license required.
  • Available to start immediately (within 2 weeks)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Main Tasks

  • Provide installation support and training (remotely & onsite)
  • Provide technical expertise and support to ensure Canadian Solar’s inverters & systems correctly functions with various microinverters, DC PV, AC coupled PV inverters, generators, and EV car chargers.
  • Provide remote (online & phone) support to installers by presenting visual training aids, manuals, and other documents.
  • Travel to customer project sites to support Canadian Solar’s products.
  • Available to take calls from installers and end customers to answer questions
  • Works closely with Sales team, Technical Support Engineers, and Customer Service Department.
