A leading medical technology company in Valencia is looking for a Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in customer service, preferably with JD Edwards ERP experience. This role requires a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Job Description Summary

Puesto temporal - Aprox. 6-8 meses

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and effective issue resolution. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and uphold our commitment to service excellence.

Main responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges using JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Monitor inventory and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Support complaint handling and follow-up processes in line with company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer care function.
About you
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service or order management would be preferred.
  • Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) or similar ERP systems would be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and customer focused approach.
  • System oriented person.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Meticulous with some problem-solving skills.
