Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Norwegian - Speaking) to work on-site in Barcelona, Valencia or Malaga. You will join a global technology and services leader delivering brand experiences.

In this role you’ll handle customer contacts via phone, email or chat, log details, maintain knowledge of applications, and ensure SLA adherence. We offer full-time hours, a comprehensive training program, and career development opportunities, with a salary of €19,623.94 gross per year

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Norwegian and advanced in English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand customers' needs.
• Ownership of calls and ability to escalate when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat or alerts and resolve requests.
• Log call details into call management systems and meet SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications and product information for customers.
• Ensure contractual SLA is met.

What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

• Handle incoming customers contacts (via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained
