Donaldson is hiring a Customer Service Representative with fluent German and English to join the Industrial Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, near Barcelona. You will handle customers' purchasing orders and build strong relationships to support the sales team for the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland and Austria).

The role requires strong communication and administration skills, experience in customer service or logistics, and familiarity with MS Office.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration or logistics.
• Strong communication and administration skills.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook; Oracle R12/CRM appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Process, monitor and follow up customers' purchasing orders.
• Provide delivery commitments and coordinate with sales and logistics teams.
• Handle customer inquiries on pricing, lead time, products, and availability.
• Support invoice creation, corrections and returns processing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
