I'm working with a fantastic online retailer, a valued client of ours, that is looking to expand its growing team with multiple Customer Service Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a leading company in the e-commerce industry.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone. Your role will focus on ensuring a positive shopping experience, handling inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing general product support. No prior experience is required—full training is provided, making this a great entry‑level opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring excellent service.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and product information.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help develop solutions.
