Sun Chemical, miembro del Grupo DIC, busca un/a Representante de Servicio al Cliente en Badalona para gestionar el proceso Order-to-Cash en un contrato fijo a tiempo completo, con horario de lunes a viernes y modalidad híbrida.

La función requiere experiencia en atención al cliente, SAP SD, inglés fluido y orientación al cliente, con oportunidades de colaborar con diversos departamentos y optimizar la logística y las entregas.

Formación

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o servicio de pedidos.
• Conocimiento de gestión de pedidos y procesos de la cadena de suministro.
• Experiencia en SAP R3 – SD (valorado).
• Inglés fluido; otros idiomas como italiano, francés o español serán valorados.

Responsabilidades

• Registrar y hacer seguimiento de pedidos de clientes con precisión.
• Optimizar tamaño de pedido y logística, incluido el tracking de envíos.
• Atender consultas y coordinar con departamentos internos para resolver incidencias.
• Contribuir a mejoras de procesos para aumentar la eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from receiving the customer’s purchase order to confirming payment, ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-focused service. This is a hybrid and fixed-term full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, based in our offices in Badalona.

Key responsibilities include, among other tasks:

• Accurately entering and recording customer orders, monitoring their progress, and keeping customers informed at all times.
• Optimizing order size and frequency, as well as the full logistics process, including goods issue and shipment tracking.
• Responding to customer inquiries and requests, collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications:

• Solid professional experience in a similar role (customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement).
• Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes.
• Experience with SAP R3 – SD module (highly valued).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
