A global orthodontic solutions provider is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support premium orthodontists across Europe. You will assist in daily operations, address technical issues with online orders, and enhance customer experience through training and documentation. Fluency in English and proficiency in other European languages are essential for this role.

Formación

  • Strong digital skills and comfort in digital environments.
  • Previous experience in the medical devices, life sciences, or dental industry is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of languages is mandatory.

Angel Aligner is a global service provider of clear aligner technology, production, and sales. Over 150 patents have been obtained in respect of processing, clear aligners, manufacturing, and 3D printing technology.

We are looking for our new

Customer Success Representive

to support our customers in Europe, who are premium orthodontists located in various countries, recognized for their expertise and willing to step into a more advanced level of their patients’ treatment.

You will assist doctors in their daily needs and ensure that their dental office is running efficiently, and patients are served with reactivity, respect and according to their expectations. The CS representative will represent Angel Aligner full digital portfolio suite, during their daily work in direct contact with doctors.

Serve your dedicated territory based on your languages' assets and provide support to other countries when needed

to achieve the best resolution, delivering strong customer experience

Support customers facing technical difficulties in processing online orders and solve digital issues, related to the treatment and ordering platform (file upload, modification of treatments, needs for refinements…)

Introduce the fundamentals of the product portfolio and solution’s benefits while escalating needs for additional training to the technical and clinical teams

Develop and document knowledge into helpful content (participate to the creation of helpful content for customers) while regularly reviewing data in the CRM

Monitor and improve key performance indicators like NPS to raise customer’s satisfaction and experience

Monitor accounts receivable and cash receipt reports

Strong appetite for innovative technologies and comfortable in digital environments

Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or dental industry (preferred)

Fluent or bilingual in German, French, Italian, Portuguese or Eastern countries' languages

MANDATORY

: bilingual or advanced level in English +

Advanced / professional knowledge of 3rd EU languages (including but not limited to Spanish)

Excellent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related design software (ADOBE).

Experience in working with business management systems including CRM (DYNAMICS).
