Job Title: DMC Customer Service Manager Salary: €28, 000 - €30, 000 gross per year + Bonus

A well-established, boutique destination management company based in Madrid, specializing in tailor‑made cultural and luxury travel experiences across Southern Europe. The team is bilingual and internationally minded, combining deep local expertise with a personalized approach to service. They design high‑end, customized itineraries that highlight art, history, gastronomy, and wine, collaborating with trusted local partners to deliver authentic and seamless experiences for discerning travellers.

As a DMC Customer Service Manager you will work Monday to Friday on reservations, speaking with providers and clients. If you have previous experience in hospitality or the travel industry as a sales manager, group coordinator or concierge, and speak Spanish and English we would love to hear from you!

Proficiency in English and Spanish required. Well‑educated, knowledge of the Spanish & Portuguese market is a plus. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs.
  • Establishing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Providing a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs.
  • Developing and maintaining service relationships to fulfill the needs of customers, guests, or employees.
  • 6 months of training.
