Purpose of the Role

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business. Youll work in a target-driven atmosphere, focusing on individual and team goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
• Understand and identify customer needs and objectives.
• Drive campaign spend, upsell opportunities, and ensure sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and proposal writing.
• Good time management skills to organize daily tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goal ownership.
• Team player, adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficiency in German (C2 level) and a high level of English.
• Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
• Competitive salary: 23,876 gross/year + up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses.
• Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
