A leading customer service company in Madrid seeks individuals for a full-time role requiring Dutch as a native language and advanced English skills. You will work 39 hours a week with the potential for hybrid work following your training period. This position offers a competitive salary of €23,000 gross annually, along with opportunities for growth, language classes, and wellness programs to support your work-life balance.

Requirements
  • Required languages: Dutch Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
  • Required experience: Experience in customer service.
  • Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.
What do we offer you?
  • Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
  • Full time 39 hours/week.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
  • Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome.
  • Salary of 23000€ gross per year.
