We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join Bose. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring an excellent service experience while working remotely from Barcelona.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and after-sales support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Ability to work remotely while based in Barcelona.
