Job summary

Allianz Technology is offering a 6‑month internship for a Customer Frontend & Reporting Intern at the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC). You will contribute to dashboard development, data analytics, and communication strategies while gaining exposure to a global cyber defense organization.

The role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity management and analytics, with a focus on reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing university studies in cybersecurity or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Independent and customer‑oriented working style.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with interest in problem solving and security challenges.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a team player.
• Basic understanding of BPM and automation tools or willingness to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the Customer Frontend & Reporting Product Owner in day‑to‑day operations.
• Independently manage reporting requests in alignment with the reporting team.
• Collaborate with developers to define data requirements for dashboards.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis to drive operational improvements.
• Assist with communication activities, such as newsletters with Threat Intelligence.
• Handle incoming and outgoing email communications.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for Customer Frontend topics.
• Help maintain and update documentation related to Customer Frontend & Reporting.
