HappyRobot in Spain is seeking a versatile Forward Deployed Engineer who will work directly with customers to onboard, implement, and support our AI platform. You will combine strong technical skills with clear communication to maximize customer value.

You will build features with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, design AI/ML solutions including LLM prompts, and manage APIs with third‑party systems. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on Python development.
• Experience building AI/ML apps, incl. LLM prompting.
• Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Founder mindset: independent and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing engineering—onboard and optimize AI solutions for customers.
• Develop features, MVPs, and scalable tools.
• Full-stack development using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Python.
• Design, implement, and iterate AI/ML solutions including prompting and tuning.
• Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
• Iterate based on customer feedback and requirements.
• Prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality results.
