Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/Experience, Order-to-Cash, or Incident Support.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish plus English (C1).
• Practical knowledge of SLAs and escalation management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer incidents via phone and case management systems.
• Monitor assigned incidents to meet SLAs.
• Oversee automation and electronic platform follow-up.
