DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide top-notch support to C2C customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with customers to identify effective solutions
  • Brainstorm with colleagues to enhance the Customer Experience
  • Handle troubleshooting, innovation, and change management daily
  • Optimize business processes to enhance the customer journey
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills for meaningful interactions
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver solutions
  • Proficient with computers and fast typing skills
