Maersk in Madrid seeks an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to own end-to-end customer journeys in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations. You will be the primary contact, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills to drive service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.
• Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor service performance and escalate issues as needed.
