I'm working with a fantastic online retailer, a valued client of ours, that is looking to expand its growing team with multiple Customer Service Representatives.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, chat, and phone. Your role will focus on ensuring a positive shopping experience, handling inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing general product support.
No prior experience is required—full training is provided, making this a great entry‑level opportunity for those looking to start a career in customer service.
Work collaboratively with other departments to improve the customer experience.
Patnion for customer service and delivering an exceptional experience. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
