A dynamic international company in Barcelona is seeking a motivated Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to travelers and partners via multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of customer service experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong problem-solving skills. This position follows a fixed morning shift, contributing to a multicultural and collaborative environment.

Formación

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or contact center environments.
  • A third language such as Portuguese, Romanian, or French is a plus.
  • This position follows fixed morning shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional shift changes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver professional, timely, and friendly assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Handle complex inquiries with empathy and accuracy, always striving to exceed expectations.

Advanced Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve escalated cases, identifying root causes and providing effective long‑term solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service quality and process improvements.

Multi‑Channel Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, maintaining a consistent tone of professionalism and clarity across all interactions.

Continuous Improvement & Proactive Support: Contribute ideas to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction. Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end service experience.

About You
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or contact center environments.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required. A third language such as Portuguese, Romanian, or French is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, accountability, and multitasking skills.
  • This position follows fixed morning shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional shift changes or work on public holidays as needed.
