Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, or chat.
  • Accurately address a wide range of questions and translate issues into effective solutions.
  • Make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes.
  • Grow technical knowledge of our lighting products.
  • Thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, returns, and warranty claims in our CRM system.
  • Receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.
Qualifications
  • Communicative with a knack for smooth conversations.
  • Prior experience as a customer service representative.
  • Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking.
  • Fluent in Danish and solid in English.
  • Fluency in a third language is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to handle stress well and remain composed under pressure.
  • Patient, good listener, and possess commercial insight.
  • Hold a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE – without this you cannot start working for us.

Work Hours & Location

Full‑time employment: 40 h per week, 5 days of 8 h. Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00 (one free hour) or 09:00–18:00. Saturday work is optional and market dependent. Working on Sundays or national holidays is voluntary, with an extra allowance or option for additional free days.
