A leading data center service provider in Madrid is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure high-quality service to international customers. The role requires a strong background in customer relationship management and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a service company and relevant ITIL qualifications. Digital Realtys Customer Operations team is the front-line for all things pertaining to our customers the Customer Success Manager role you will be tasked with providing high touch white glove service to some of our largest customers. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong working knowledge of Data Center Operations exert strong executive presence and be comfortable interacting with Senior Leaders from the worlds largest companies on a regular basis.
