Midwest Greentech in Valladolid, Spain seeks a technical leader to own engineering quality on rooftop PV projects for industrial bakeries and cereal-processing facilities. You will connect system design with site realities, and drive sound technical decisions.

Requirements include 10+ years of management experience and strong electrical/PV knowledge. Experience with engineering teams or technical functions and a local Spanish network is advantageous.

We are looking for a technical leader who can take ownership of engineering quality and help teams make sound decisions throughout a solar project.

The focus is rooftop PV for industrial bakeries and cereal-processing facilities. Your work will connect system design with the practical requirements of an operating production site.

What matters in your background

You should have experience managing engineering teams or technical functions, reviewing complex proposals and taking responsibility for engineering outcomes. Strong electrical and PV knowledge remains essential.

Relationships with Spanish engineering consultants, contractors and industrial facility teams are an advantage. An existing local network is not mandatory for otherwise qualified applicants.

Languages: Spanish and English.
