A leading technology company in Spain is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative. You will assist customers with audio equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide empathetic support. Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service ideally in technical support.
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music & Audiovisual Products.

Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) Remote (Spain) Audio Equipment

What Youll Do
  • As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and valued.
  • Respond to incoming customer requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide technical support on products / apps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring advanced IT and audio expertise.
  • Keep up-to-date with product applications and knowledge base to deliver accurate solutions.
  • Proactively update customers on the status and progress of their cases.
What You Bring
  • Proficient / Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
  • Strong customer care skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving.
  • Solid IT knowledge in: Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music & Audiovisual Products.
