We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team supporting leading audio brands. What Youll Do
- As a Customer Service Representative you will be the voice of the brand ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling supported and valued.
- Respond to incoming customer requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide technical support on products / apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring advanced IT and audio expertise.
- Keep up-to-date with product applications and knowledge base to deliver accurate solutions.
- Proactively update customers on the status and progress of their cases.
What You Bring
- Proficient / Bilingual in French and fluent in English.
- Strong customer care skills with a genuine passion for problem-solving.
- Solid IT knowledge in: Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music & Audiovisual Products.
- Comfortable working in Windows and Mac environments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service ideally in technical support.
- A positive attitude, flexibility and resilience under pressure.

- Competitive salary: 19634 EUR gross / year up to 1920 EUR gross / year bonus.
