About the role

We are looking for a CRO Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position works in concert with the Project Manager on determining product usability, requirements and prioritization. Your main mission will be to define and execute analyses of our users and companies with the objective of identifying trends, opportunities, and problems to improve the product.

The ideal candidate will have interest in the eCommerce world, possess good communication and great analytical skills. Overall, the individual will be an active part of an organization focused on innovative business architecture design, operational execution, and channel integration.

How will you make a difference

You’re our perfect candidate if you :

  • Work in a digital environment within the Mobile Apps Product team together with the PO’s and PM’s
  • Regularly Monitor KPI’s and understand the product performance.
  • Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more.
  • Define and execute recurring and ad hoc performance reports.
  • Analyze performance impact of any product and marketing strategy changes.
  • Work in coordination with the BI team to optimize the reporting tools, define strategic alerts and automate recurring reports.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in digital data analysis and reporting, preferably in mobile apps, business data management, data collection, report design, and presentation
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms and ability to utilize the data / tools to guide decision making.
  • Analytical mindset to correlate metrics, identify root causes, resolve discrepancies, and investigate issues with a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude.
  • Expertise in SQL, including database fundamentals, query construction, and writing ad hoc queries for relevant reports.
  • Experience analyzing A / B tests is a nice-to-have.
  • Good knowledge of Amplitude is a nice to have.
  • Advanced level in English.
