In this role, you\'ll be part of the global CRM team and based in our Valencia office. You will be responsible for developing global and regional CRM campaigns, whilst looking closely to the consumer journey and optimizing online visits, conversion, and revenue. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns (newsletters, sms, app push) for G-STAR and its different entities globally and regionally. Your primary focus will be on managing the CRM trade calendar, briefing different internal teams, and aligning with key stakeholders across our regions. You will use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance. You are the senior expert when it comes to the planning, briefing and execution of all CRM campaigns.
Besides that, you are reporting on campaign results and derive actionable insights from them to continuously optimize performance of our main KPI\'s. To create and build the CRM campaigns, you will be working closely with our marketing, e-commerce and regional teams to coordinate the needed input and assets. You have a great eye for design, but you are also guided by your capability to interpret numbers. You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve CRM performance, for example by deep dives and AB-testing. Next to that, you keep up with the latest trends in email marketing and keep an eye on competitors.
