ENGIE Group in Madrid is seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to monitor and analyze credit risk, debt, and collections performance across the order-to-cash cycle. You will develop reporting, dashboards, and predictive indicators to support informed decision-making and process improvements.

The role requires 2-4 years in credit risk or analytics, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Formación

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in credit risk, collections, business analytics, or financial reporting.
Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsabilidades

Analyze credit risk, overdue debt, and customer payment behavior.
Produce regular reports on debt, aging, DSO, and cash collection performance.
Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in collections processes.
Develop predictive analyses, risk indicators, and early-warning alerts.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting tools.
Support process automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
Assess the impact of billing, disputes, and operational issues on outstanding debt.
Coordinate activities with Collections, Billing, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
Provide analytical support to management and contribute to continuous process improvement.
