Belle Muse Agency is seeking a hybrid-remote lead to own the creative strategy for a pod of 4–5 creators across Europe. You will write hook-driven briefs, guide content formats, and drive subscriber growth through data-informed content decisions.

You will constantly gather inspiration from IG/TikTok, manage creator relationships, and review edits to ensure the vision is executed. A strong command of English and proactive, empathetic communication are essential.

Formación

• Must be obsessed with content and understand what makes reels work.
• Strong ability to read and act on KPI data to improve content.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear, concise briefs and feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Own the creative strategy for your pod of 4–5 creators.
• Gather inspiration from IG/TikTok and adjacent niches to inform briefs.
• Write hooks-focused briefs designed to convert and grow subscribers.
• Maintain weekly creator communications and provide ongoing support.
• Review edits to ensure alignment with the brief and vision.
